Certification Application Support Hub

Set-aside contracts require proper credentials. We help you navigate the documentation, draft the required narratives, and support your portal submission.

Per Application: $699

Honest Note: We provide preparation and compliance support. We do not grant certifications. The SBA or relevant state agencies make all final decisions, and their review timelines vary widely (often weeks to months). GovProposals LLC is a private company and is not affiliated with the government.

What we do:

We verify your documents against SBA requirements, organize the file, and support your submission through certify.sba.gov.

VOSB / SDVOSB

Who qualifies?

Businesses at least 51% owned and controlled by veterans (or service-disabled veterans) who manage day-to-day operations.

What's needed?

What we do:

We ensure your governance docs don't have disqualifying clauses and help you navigate the SBA VetCert portal application.

What we do:

We help draft the critical social/economic disadvantage narrative, organize the voluminous document checklist, and manage SBA responses.

Small businesses whose principal office is in a Historically Underutilized Business Zone, and where at least 35% of employees live in a HUBZone.

What's needed?

Lease agreements, payroll records, and employee residency proof (IDs, utility bills).

What we do:

We map out the compliance math for the 35% rule and help organize the mapping and employee documentation before submission.

What we do:

We adapt your federal documentation pack to meet state agency portals, responding to their specific formatting and local residency rules.

What to share before we start

Certification application help is different from certification approval. We review the relevant program and your ownership, control and supporting records before defining the preparation work. Your business must meet the program's own requirements.

  • The certification you are pursuing and any existing agency correspondence.
  • Ownership and governing documents, with the people who actually control day-to-day operations identified.
  • The program's requested financial, citizenship, veteran or location evidence, as applicable.
