We review the requirements and provide a written, fixed-price quote. Quotes are typically returned within one business day. You pay securely via Stripe to kick off the project.
You get a private link (no password needed) to a secure workspace. Drop your existing documents and answer only the specific questions the bid asks. It autosaves, so you can return anytime.
We draft the compliance matrix, technical volume, price volume, and required forms. A typical single-bid package takes 3–7 business days depending on the deadline. We send you a complete review copy.
This is our ironclad rule: nothing is submitted, signed, or sent to any agency without your explicit written approval.
Once approved, we help you submit. We can walk you through the portal upload on a screen share, or handle it directly via delegated access if you prefer.
